Using this site
You may browse and use this site lawfully. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Information on the site
Service descriptions, example features, starting prices and timescales are general information. The scope, dependencies, price and delivery dates for a particular project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. Website launch in as little as 7 days is possible for suitable scopes when agreed content, feedback and approvals arrive promptly; it is not a guarantee.
Third-party services
Some services depend on providers outside Kiavo’s control, including hosting, domains, payment, booking and software platforms. Their terms, availability, fees and privacy practices are separate. Any expected third-party charges should be identified before they are committed.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design and code belong to Kiavo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission. Project ownership and licensing are covered by the written project terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every description is suitable for every project. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law and contact
These terms are intended for UK visitors and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Contact hello@kiavo.co.uk with questions. Kiavo’s full legal entity details should be added here before publication: [insert verified legal entity and address].
